Basically I want to know if it is not getting seen or people look at it and not bid on it.Is there any way to see how many times my item for sale has been viewed on eBay?
Yes, there should be a counter on the bottom of the page that shows how many people have visited it. Also, in My Ebay, under Selling, there is a list of the items you have for sale. One of the columns shows you how many people have put the item on their ';watch'; list.
