I would SERIOUSLY reconsider that purchase if I were you. They approximate the date as 1000 D.C.? When is that exactly? Who approximated that date? Did they mean 'B.C.'? Is there paperwork authenticating it? Why isn't it in a museum of antiquities?
If it were $75 none of this would matter. For $2000 you better get some real answers or you're throwing you money away on an item that was likely made last month.
