I take it that the reason you can't upload your pic to Craigslist is too large of a file size for them. So, the question then is, how do i shrink a picture?
You can download image editing software. GIMP is free, and will do the trick. EasyThumbnails is also free,and less complicated to learn. Both can be found at http://www.download.com . I have both, and they're both do the trick.
If you are uncomfortable downloading software, you can try uploading it to a service that shrinks images for you - such as flickr, yahoo! photos, snapfish, whatever. Then, once you have a smaller image, right click on the image and select the ';save image'; option. You can upload that shrunken image to craigslist. Or,alternatively, you can link to that image. To link, click right on the image, select ';properties'; and the url of the image will be there.
