Is there anywhere on the internet, where you can advertise an item for sale, other than E-Bay?

Is it possible to place an item, for sale, other than e-bay? I don't like to wait for bids. I would like to put up an item for sale, for a specified amout, OBO, and sell it.


I'm new to the internet, so I don;t understand a lot of things at this point in my education with cyberspace, etc, etc.Is there anywhere on the internet, where you can advertise an item for sale, other than E-Bay?

Attempt to find a ';Sell it on E-Bay Store'; or classified ad in your paper. People do run these businesses for the sake of aiding people who would only do it once in a while and aren't experienced.
