When listing an item for sale on ebay how do i specify that it is for pick up only?

State this in your description and also select ';for pickup only'; in shipping options. Then be sure to list regionally by city/state/country so that your bidders will know exactly where you are located. (Your location could also be in the description.)

ie: This widget is located in Houston, TX. Winning bidder must pick up at my location within 3 days of auction end. Shipping is NOT available. When listing an item for sale on ebay how do i specify that it is for pick up only?
When listing the item instead of where the amount for postage goes, highlight the dropdown to PICKUP ONLY.

Also, in your title heading it helps if you have P/U Geelong, Melbourne or whereever you are.

If there is any chance that you can post or courier the item, you will always get more bids than for a pickup only.

If you're in Australia and the item is a large item, try Greyhound Freight. They offer decent charges, do Australia wide and cover a vast area. You'll find them here... http://www.busfreight.com.au/retailrates鈥?/a>

Good luck with your selling. Hope you reap in heaps.. :)
