If someone posts an item for sale at a certain price should they be obligated to sell it at that price?

A car was posted online from a dealership for 2995 when they really mean 2995 down payment. shouldn't the add state down payment rather than price 2995?If someone posts an item for sale at a certain price should they be obligated to sell it at that price?
If the price of an item is misprinted or misrepresented in an advertisement, it might be annoying, but it doesn't mean that the seller is legally obligated to sell it for that price. If someone posts an item for sale at a certain price should they be obligated to sell it at that price?
I'm sure the real price is in the fine print or there's an asterisk after it or something of that nature. If not, then all they have to do is post a ';correction'; in the next ad stating there was an error in the previous ad.
u gotta read the fine print
