I just found a movie for sale on Amazon.com.?

I just found a movie for sale on Amazon.com. It's from an indy film company that I shot a short horror film that I wrote with. The full length film they are selling looks like it is from a script I sent them and based on the horror character I created in the short. The problem is, I haven't heard from these people in over a year and a half. I had the script I sent them registered with WGA from before. What are my rights concerning this? What should I do about this?I just found a movie for sale on Amazon.com.?
ideas can be copyrighted. its called ';mental proprety'; and if they actually did copy your script, or atleast even used something from your script, you could probably have a fairly good legal case against them. there are more details i dont really want to go into. long story short, I would most likley take legal action if it were me. you should contact your lawer first thing though.I just found a movie for sale on Amazon.com.?
It all depends on what releases you signed when you sent them the original.

Otherwise, if they just stole your idea, you're out of luck. Ideas cannot be copyrighted. If they used a significant portion of your dialog, you would be entitled to royalties.
