Can i place two of the same items for sale on Ebay?

On ebay when i try and put another item to auction it shows the producct i already have for sale and it says





';Starting a new listing will delete this one';.





Why?Can i place two of the same items for sale on Ebay?
I've bought a few things on e bay, most recent a door bell. The e-bay item for sale sometimes says something like 7 door bells for sale 拢6.99 each or 20 cds of cliff richards 拢5.00 each.





I think you need to amend your original advert to say how many you want to sell. I've never sold anything so I don't know how to do it but e bay should be able to give advise. when you list, have you tried to change the number from 1, to, however many you have? ive done multiple listings on same item before

Just put in box when your listing that you got 2 the same there is a box and you just click 2 hope this helps
