After you post an item for sale on Ebay, can you switch from Buy It Now to an Auction?

I want to switch my listing to auction format with a Buy It Now Option as well. How do you do this?

I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it but Ebay has so many rules and tutorials they overwhelm me! Good luck finding out how.
