How can I get pictures of items for sale on the internet, ie ebay. as i have only had my computer 12 months!!!

I am new to computers, and would like to sell items on ebay. so please if there is someone


who can help, and tell me how to get a photo


of an item on to ebay, I would feel that i have

first you have to have the picture of the item downloaded to your computer from a digital camera with a plug that plugs into your computer or with 35 mm camera, when developing the pics have them make you a disc, so you can use that to download pics or if you can find an exact item pic online then copy that and save it on your computer (but only works on fairly new items)...





Start the ad process (click on site map at top of ebay page, click on sell, type in description or click on select a category)...when it gets to pictures, click on add pictures,





Note-download the free picture editing software from ebay (it comes in handy for clipping off excess space in pics and lightening up dark pics)





...click on ';upload pictures'; after the editing software is installed, then you are looking for wherever you put the pic on your computer click on add pictures and if you put the pic in ';my pictures'; it will be there, otherwise use the dropdown menu arrow to find where you put it and select it by clicking on the pic and click open...it should appear in the free pic slot of the ad page..





Ebay has ';live help'; button on the right of the home page...click home page at the top and then look on the right side for a small button to click on..How can I get pictures of items for sale on the internet, ie ebay. as i have only had my computer 12 months!!!
You can either take pictures using a digital camera (they are getting cheaper and cheaper, or you can just borrow one). Or if you have a regular camera, most film places have the option of putting your pics on a CD for you.





Whichever way you get them, dump the pics onto your computer, and then when you go to E-bay it will have a place to let you upload them. Ask e-bay help if you can't figure it out, but it should be pretty straightforward.
First set up an ebay account. Then click on sell and read the easy to use directions on how to make a listing they also explain how to upload pics.
This may sound harsh and i apologize but if you are new to computers I woudl not recommend selling on eBay unless you get help from a friend or family member that is famliar with the site. The site is safe and easy to use but you need to be familliar with the internet and you need to watch for fraud - if you are going to sell or buy here is a tip - never use Western Union
You can also use http://sfbay.craigslist.org/ to sell things. You can choose your state or nearest city too.
