According to almost every blogger, the Lego Jack Stone video was available for free as part of a Lego toy set package deal, but is panned as if it isn't worth watching. Are you sure that you are referring to the free film? If so, then eBay may be the only option.
There may be another movie with the title ';LEGO - JACK STONE - WE SALUTE YOU!,'; but it appears to be available only in Australia, and is not for sale anywhere online.
